Login FAQs

Finding the Login Screen:  Please click the "Log In" button in the upper-right.

If You Do Not Have a Login: After clicking the "Log In" button in the upper-right, follow the "Sign Up" link at the bottom of the popover window. This will show the registration form. Fill out the fields (Account# and Registration Key found in your Welcome Letter, Email, Name, Phone number, Password and Confirm Password) then click the "Sign Up" button.

If you do not have a Registration Key: Click the "Don't have an account number or registration key?" hyperlink while on the registration window. This will remove the Registration Key field but will mean that your request will need to be manually verified. Fill out the fields, submit via the "Request" button, and a member of our team will review your request and reply back with a login.
